ECO Canada is the steward for the Canadian environmental workforce across all industries.

From job creation and wage funding to training and labour market research, we champion the end-to-end career of an environmental professional.

Our aim is to promote and drive responsible, sustainable economic growth while also ensuring that environmental care and best practice is a priority.

ECO Canada is a strategic partner to industry, academia and practitioners.

It is our mandate and job to excel in providing tailored HR solutions for environmental workers; departments that are part of all industry companies today.

Our services hit every touch point within the environmental workforce from educational development to certification and soft skills training. We serve our members to ensure they can build and grow their careers.

The environment is very much in our consciousness as a collective society. It is part of industry best practice and is a must for economic growth and prosperity.

Canada is a global leader in environmental innovation and jobs. It is imperative that ECO Canada continues to work alongside both government and policy makers, as well as industry and academia, to ensure we continue to be a global authority.

We work with the federal, provincial and municipal governments in all Canadian regions to support economic growth and environmental stewardship as best practice.

It is more important now than ever before in our 25-year history that ECO Canada is present in cities and locations where major industry, such as the Canadian oil and gas sector, is being challenged. Our focus is to educate and talk to stakeholders about the need to shift understanding around how environmental talent can rebuild these shrinking markets.
