Shudde Ranch

We are the 3rd, 4th, and 5th generation operators of our Texas Heritage Family Ranch. Our free-ranging cattle are gentle-raised on rangeland and are finished on green and growing grasses when possible, and supplemented with hay when necessary. Two heritage breeds are crossed to produced high flavored, nutrient rich beef that marbles excellently. Our beef is available by mail order, at the Pearl brewery Farmers Market, and through the ranch if you want whole, half, or quarter.
