Kraut Creek Sheep & Cattle

We, here at Kraut Creek, produce grassfed lamb and beef. We are using the Katahdin as our maternal breed, and the Texel breed as a terminal sire cross to produce a mild flavored lamb. On the beef side, we are using lowline angus composite genetics to produce our grassfed beef. The lowline breed is very efficient at converting grass to beef.
