Western was founded in 2005 and is committed to the development of renewable power generation projects in the Rocky Mountain Region of the United States. Westerns business is built upon the core competencies of its members including land owner relations, land records research, land business transactions, public lands use, project viability studies, cartography, electric power industry knowledge and expertise, acquisition of project development funding, wind resource studies and project permitting.
