Resource Action Programs

The mission of Resource Action Programs (RAP) is to deliver innovative, customized and cost-effective measure-based marketing, education and outreach programs to engage customers to modify behavior and lifestyle choices to conserve energy and water to meet a sponsors established efficiency and conservation goals. As a full-service program solutions provider, RAP may act as consultants to assist sponsors in developing comprehensive programs and/or marketing, education and outreach platforms that will meet savings objectives. Our strategic approach provides an effective Initial Customer Engagement strategy to introduce families to the concept of natural resources, while teaching them the importance of conservation in their daily lives. Our focus is on energy, water and recycling with the goal to educate people on environmental responsibility and promote both short and long-term behavior modification through tracking website visits, personal conservation pledges, enrollment in programs and actual resource savings.
