Caffi Plumbing and Heating Inc. was founded by Van Caffi in 1967 and established its location on Quincy Street in Arlington, Virginia. With its plumbing parts store and convenient location in the heart of Arlington, Caffi quickly became one of the main players in the Northern Virginia plumbing market. Van Caffi took pride in the services his business performed and guaranteed all work completed. Caffi Plumbing continued to thrive over the years, and Van Caffis son, Ron, eventually took over the business. By maintaining his fathers commitment to excellence, Ron Caffi was able to foster the growth and success of the company. n 1999, Caffi Plumbing moved to its new location in Old Town Alexandria at 1313 Powhatan Street. Greater space in the new location allowed for the addition of a kitchen and bath showroom to the business. As the remodeling and contracting end of the business picked up more, the name Caffi Plumbing and Heating was changed to Caffi Contracting Services, which remains this day. While company location and size have changed over the years, Caffi Contracting Services has remained committed providing top-notch customer service.
