Since 2005 CVF Homes has been committed to conservation of Historic Properties and sustainable development. Our specialty is infill development mainly in downtown San Antonio in the Lavaca Historic District, King William Historic District and Southtown. Our projects influence the community not only because of fixing a deteriorated home or building a new energy efficient home, but also by bringing new owners conscious of historic properties and sustainability that get involved in the community to improve the area.
