OtoSim, Inc.

OtoSim was founded by two Otolaryngologists (ENT - Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists) associated with the University of Toronto (U of T) and the Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids); in association with SickKids and MaRS Innovation. OtoSim has developed an OTOSCOPY TRAINING & SIMULATION SYSTEM that has shown to increase the diagnostic accuracy of students by 44%.

Through the simulation device, a database of clinical scenarios, and interactivity between the instructor and student(s), OtoSim enables a medical practitioner to quickly and effectively develop confidence in their otoscopic skill, and ability to diagnose visually through an otoscope.
