A graduate in art history from the Louvre School, I travel to India at the end of my studies for a few months with a friend. Along the way, I discover the magnificent talents of weavers, dyers, couturiers, spinners, embroiderers: incredible beauty know-how. This is the very first frame of my project, even if at the time, I do not know that it would see the light of day. These memories have never tarnished, their colors have never faded, everything has always continued to vibrate in my memory. Silk spinners in Orissa, saree weavers in Kanchipuram, silk from Mysore, cottons from Kerala... A few years later, after a long and exciting stay in the world of Fashion, there was a click: I wanted to intensely achieve something that made a deep meaning for me. My dream of creating linen collections and imagining decorative objects was there, in front of me. I had the experience, maturity, time and envy, I just had to start.
