Reform Fitness offers a full line of state-of-the-art cardio, functional and traditional fitness equipment to challenge every fitness level. Our Semi-private classes are programmed around the GRAVITY training systems while incorporating computerized Keiser M3 spin bikes, TRX training, Kettlebells, and other functional fitness tools. We have a private consultation room for nutritional coaching, body composition assessments, and goal setting. You will find the environment at Reform Fitness to be nothing like a typical gym; from our state of the art sound system, chic décor, ideal lighting, and freshly rolled towels.
