Seneca Homes Ltd is a North Vancouver based general contracting company combining over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. The company is owned and operated by Jon Vendargon and Ryan Stimson, both of whom realized in their early 20's a passion for home building. Seneca Homes Ltd was founded on the belief that mass produced homes by their very nature cannot fit everyone's needs or desires. From the largest projects to the most intricate small scale jobs, we feel that everyone deserves to have a home that works best for them and regardless of budget all clients should receive the same level of quality, professionalism, and customer service. We strive to provide homeowners with what they truly want, either by building a home from scratch, or by altering existing homes to better fit the owner's changing lifestyle.
