Klaus Nesseler is a contractor living and working in Delta , B.C. Attention to detail , experience , and a knowledge of good engineering practices are Klaus' stock-in-trade . Having graduated from Technical University of Berlin in 1974 , Klaus worked as a field engineer and construction manager on commercial , industrial , and residential projects in Germany and Algeria until 1987 when he moved to British Columbia .Klaus founded Nesseler Construction Ltd. in 1987 , and has since specialized in custom-designed , custom-built homes with an emphasis on energy conservation , cost- efficiency , and good environmental practices .
