We have a small farm and raise grass-finished beef, pastured chickens, and free range chickens for eggs. We started researching and attending different conferences and found that pastured finished meats were higher in Omega III fatty acids which help control high cholesterol. So the emphasis on the farm was to raise tasty, healthy grass finished animals.
