Dr Fabbro has a general family practice at Total Therapy Metrotown in Burnaby and at The Village Clinic in Tsawwassen. She has a special interest in treating women`s health issues (Bioidentical Hormone Therapy, PMS, menopause, painful periods, infertility, etc.), detoxification,pediatrics, digestive concerns, fatigue, weight loss and allergies.Dr Fabbro is licensed to write Presciptive medicines though she prefers to use natural therapies first. She has naturopathic medical approaches for treating many acute and chronic conditions and can provide helpful information during pregnancy as well as providing post-partum care. A complete, personalized program is put together for each patient; this may involve dietary changes, herbal medicines, detoxification,  homeopathy, heavy metal chelation therapy, exercise and stress reduction programs, and vitamin supplementation.
