Dr. Schemel was born and raised on the North Shore. She received two under-graduate degrees from the University of British Columbia and completed a four-year naturopathic medicine doctorate at the prestigious Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. Dr. Schemel is a licenced naturopathic physician in Washington State and British Columbia, having practiced in two private clinics in the United States prior to opening her own clinic in West Vancouver.

Dr. Schemel offers the following services: allergy testing, nutritional and dietary assessment and counselling, botanical medicine, homeopathy, allergy testing, family medicine, women’s health, men’s health and children’s health (pediatrics), preventative medicine, the treatment of chronic conditions and detoxification.
