My name is Carol Lin, and I am a Naturopathic Doctor. I am a licensed general family practitioner in complementary health care.  I have a doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University and a Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology from the University of British Columbia.

When I first learned about the concept of naturopathic medicine, I was very drawn to the idea that ‘you are what you eat’. I believe a combination of a balanced diet with ample nutrients, adequate sleep and exercise will create a synergistic effect allowing you to gain control over your health. 

My philosophy of health and wellness focuses on creating the balance of mind, body and spirit.  The harmonious functioning of all aspects of you is essential to optimal health. I see you as a WHOLE PERSON.  I will provide a unique, individualized health program to meet your needs and achieve your goals.  No matter what your health concerns are, I have the solution!
