Why do we call ourselves Mexico’s Grill? Great question! It’s because our chefs are from various parts of Mexico, and bring their region's culinary flare directly to your plate! Carlos Garcia is the owner and head chef of Mexico’s Grill and was born into the restaurant business working side by side with his parents from childhood. His dream? Create an authentic Mexican restaurant in his favorite place, Cocoa Beach!
