Earnest Ice Cream

Earnest Ice Cream was launched in 2012 with the goal to create ice cream that expresses Earnest’s passion for flavour. Earnest Ice Cream is the first ice cream shop to pack pints in returnable and reusable glass jars. Earnest Ice Cream completed their third greenhouse gas inventory with Climate Smart for 2016 fiscal year. The company developed a reduction plan to continue targeting all their emission sources – electricity, heat, transportation, waste, paper consumption, and staff engagement – through various emission reduction initiatives. Earnest Ice Cream is Climate Smart certified for 2017.
