John E. Sirine L.S. opened John E. Sirine & Associates, LTD., in 1968 to provide services for municipal, state and federal government agencies, architectural firms, and land developers throughout the greater Hampton Roads area. We specialize in the practice of design for civil engineering projects as well as related inspections and investigations.
