I specialize in guiding you through life changes, like a death, separation or finding your identity. I incorporate eastern philosophies such as mindfulness, meditation and yoga along with more traditional therapies.

I am a vegan and promote a plant based diet to my clients. I believe that what we eat can affect our mood greatly. I also have a feminist and multicultural perspective which influences my work. I incorporate animal assisted therapy when appropriate. Show
