Pantheon Developments is a construction and development company building quality homes, primarily on the west side of Vancouver. We typically build multi-family projects and custom homes for select clients. Pantheon has been operating since 1991, and its president, Hans von Tiesenhausen, has been active in the local residential construction industry since 1988. Our projects are run by a team of experienced and dedicated construction managers and supervisors. Many of our subtrades and suppliers have been working with us for several years. Our philosophy is to fulfill our client’s requirements by completing a value-conscious project that exceeds expectations for quality and long-term liveability.
