At CCI Renovations, our mission is to provide a pleasurable, forward thinking, design and construction experience to everyone who works with our company whether they are an employee, supplier, sub trade or customer. We build all of our relationships on the foundation of teamwork, fairness and trust. Our goal is to help further the renovation and home-building industry by participating in local associations, upgrading our technical and business skills and providing a consistent quality product. Canadian Constructors International Ltd. was formed in August 1992 and is registered in British Columbia, Canada. In the early part of 2004 the name was simplified to CCI Renovations to better reflect the image and direction of the company. We are proud of the team of personnel and suppliers that CCI Renovations has joined together to provide the products and services that our clients expect. Although we specialize in residential renovations, our experience includes commercial, industrial, residential and recreational projects. Such a broad base allows us the luxury of meeting a great variety of needs without having to consult outside of the company.Your satisfaction with our outstanding designs and workmanship is guaranteed as we strive to prove why we are an industry leader. At CCI Renovations we pride ourselves in keeping current with industry trends and standards. As a member of the Greater Vancouver Home Builder’s Association our personnel are constantly taking certification courses and often achieve the highest marks. John Friswell now has successfully achieved the designations of Registered Renovation Professional and Registered Housing Professional. CCI Renovations also carries the company designation of Certified Renovator. John is the current chair of the Canadian Renovators Council at the Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA), and also serves on the executive board of the CHBA as 2nd Vice President. Other associations that we are active in include the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), the District of North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce and the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB). We also take pride in the use of ethical business practices. CCI Renovations’ owner, John Friswell, is a previous chair of the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau – Mainland BC and currently serves on the Board of Governors. The staff at CCI Renovations are continually taking courses to stay current with the latest building practices and codes.
