Cam Pringle, founder of Cadillac Homes, has over thirty years experience in the building trades on Vancouver Island, and is a past-president of the Victoria Home Builders Association. Please have a look through our projects. Long-time business partner David Slang helped grow the company, and has now retired from home building to focus on further investments. David Pringle, Cam’s son, now business partner, has been working with Cadillac Homes for 14 years, and is in charge of onsite project management. Cadillac Homes has a reputation for building relationships and unique working partnerships with exceptional tradespeople and suppliers, most of whom have worked with Cadillac Homes for over two decades. Cadillac has been recognized both locally and provincially for building in excellence and environmental stewardship, including: beautiful new homeBest Single Family Home priced over $250,000 from the Provincial Housing Awards. Two Saanich Environmental Awards from the municipality of Saanich for our environmental efforts with both Willowbrook and the Swan Creek restoration project. We were also nominated for the Saanich Biodiversity Achievement award. Cadillac Homes responded by donating the land surrounding the creek as parkland, then provided the funding and assistance needed to restore the creek.
