At its headquarters just a few miles South of DFW Airport Aeristo maintains what is quite likely the worldÕs largest inventory of aviation leathers, all custom made for the application in general and commercial aircraft. With an average of 15,000 custom finished leather hides in stock, made up of some 300 colors across various patterns Aeristo supports supply programs for manufacturers of corporate, private and commercial aircraft, for manufacturers of aircraft seats and interior components, as well as for the aircraft completion and refurbishment industry. The concept ÒLeather made for AircraftÓ not only adds value from a leather quality and performance perspective, it also allows for quick turnaround of stock orders. All lots have been manufactured to meet aviation burn requirements plus AeristoÕs proprietary, strngent technical specifications. Each lot is documented with certificates of conformance as well as official burn test reports. Customers benefit from 24 hours to same day turn around of orders from stock.
