Tracing its roots back to 1885, when Indiana-based Bowser Inc. began the manufacture of a coal oil dispenser, ENERVAC has enjoyed a rich history, marked by a commitment to providing customers with products designed to exceed their expectations. Bowser Inc. was purchased by a large oil purification company in 1969. In 1978 ENERVAC Corporation was formed and acquired the specialized fluid handling and air processing equipment lines from this company.
