With 12 years of work experience at well-known architectural, engineering and construction companies, and after the success of running a local start-up roofing company, Jaret Horbatiuk formed Tractus Projects in 2005. JaretÕs appreciation of functional design, understanding of construction assemblies, and mindset to build with the customer in mind is why Tractus remains contractor of choice. Our tradespeople take comfort in the fact that the jobsites they work on adhere to the Tractus Safety Manual, a document approved by the Construction Safety Association of Manitoba and designed to the way we work. ThatÕs why registering into the Certificate of Recognition (CORª)* program ensures safety is guaranteed on our jobsites. Tractus employs the policies of CORª in all their projects; a testament to our safety obligation and the people we work with. Now that just makes good business sense. CORª, monitored by the Construction Safety Association of Manitoba, is the highest distinction available to contractors. It verifies our fully implemented and effective safety and health program meets national standards.
