Morden Concrete Works, Ltd.

Morden Concrete Works Ltd (1975) is a midsized Concrete Construction Contractor which offers services in the Residential, Agricultural, Commercial and Industrial sectors. Located in the town of Morden in Southern Manitoba, Morden Concrete Works was founded by Peter Loewen in 1963. His sons, Frank and Aron took over in 1974 incorporating the company in 1975. With a strong drive to succeed through hard work and determination they built the company with a reputation of reliable workmanship, integrity and honesty. Over the years many changes included moving from a one room office space to a larger office and maintenance shop, operating redi mix plants in Morden (1980 -1987) and in Crystal City till 1989 and expanded their portfolio to include more commercial and industrial projects. In 2007 Aron's daughter Lynda, her husband Alvin Wolfe along with partners Pete and Barb Penner purchased the business. While Frank retired and pursued other interests until his recent passing, Aron has maintained a mentoring role in the company as well as working in the field. Realizing the importance of maintaining the quality expected by our customers, the current owners continue to combine the set values and reputation with a forward thinking approach to new and innovative technology and trends.
