J.G. Janitorial Services Ltd. was established in 1992 and is a mid size Winnipeg owned company. We have experienced significant growth since our opening and provide specialty services that many other companies simply do not offer. Winnipeg Janitor Mopping: With more than 18 years of industry experience we have learned that our staff is our most valuable resource and as such we invest a great deal of time to our training programs to ensure that all of our management and team members are kept up to date in the latest technologies. Our training includes building supervision, quality control of products and equipment, floor care procedures, building security procedures and many other topics. We are constantly sourcing new programs, upgrading materials and equipment and ensuring that the necessary persons in our company are kept up to date on the latest techniques and technology. All of our staff receive regular performance reviews and incentives based on those reviews, so they are motivated to do an exceptional job every time! Many of our current clients have been with us for over ten years now.
