Since 1993 Hemptown has been manufacturing hemp fabric garments which are soft, comfortable, eco-friendly and durable. Did you know that one standard cotton t-shirt requires 1/3lb of chemical pesticides and 1740 gallons of water to grow? Hemp, on the other hand, grows easily without these harmful chemicals and only needs rainfall for irrigation. With new technology we now produce a 55%hemp-45%cotton blend that is just as soft and comfortable as cotton. Our vision for this technology is to eventually make soft, durable 100% hemp apparel!
