Old Mill Marina

Old Mill Marina is a full service marina focused on enhancing the cottage experience for Dorset area cottagers. Old Mill Marina Kawagama Lake first opened in the mid-1950s to the growing demands for slips on Kawagama. Over the past 60 years, Old Mill Marina has undergone numerous expansions and updates, and currently rents slips to over 100 water access cottagers on Kawagama Lake, while storing over 500 boats each winter. Starting in 2009, major expansions to winter storage and service facilities began at Old Mill Marina's Kawagama Lake location. An indoor, insulated, sealed and vented storage facility (similar to a warehouse) was erected and now stores over 150 boats in the best conditions anywhere in the region Our new 4 bay service shop, retail store and showroom were also completed in May 2012 to elevate the level of service we deliver to our customers. In 2015, work began on a second state of the art indoor storage building, allowing Old Mill to offer heated indoor storage. In 2011, Old Mill Marina Lake of Bays was opened at 1092 Main Street, on Trading Bay in Dorset. In 2013, phase 1 of a major expansion of this location was complete with 40 slips put in and the property re-landscaped. The upcoming phase 2 will include a new retail store and service facility as well as more outdoor retail space.
