Amenities include washrooms with showers, picnic area with BBQÕs, sun deck, and marine store. Several variety stores and restaurants are only a short walk away. We are 5 minutes up the Maskinonge River off CookÕs Bay, Lake Simcoe. Your boat will be well protected from the elements while being only minutes away from the lake. Ample parking is available, and the facilities are secure with gates that are locked in the evening. Washroom and gate keys ensure access to your boat at any time.
