ICA GruppenÕs core business is grocery retail. The Group includes ICA Sweden and Rimi Baltic which mainly conduct grocery retail, ICA Real Estate which owns and manages properties, ICA Bank which offers financial services and, since January 2015, Apotek HjŠrtat which conducts pharmacy operations. The Group also includes two portfolio companies, Hemtex and inkClub. One of ICAÕs business linchpins is that good profitability goes hand in hand with responsibility. ICA has signed up to the United Nations Global Compact and has committed to its ten principles covering human rights, labour conditions, the environment and anti-corruption.
