We are a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business founded by Colonel (Retired) Dave McNeil. HSGS is a full service provider, capable of delivering total solutions from inception through fully completed instruction. As a SDVOSB firm, we are capable of serving as the prime contractor or to fulfill small business subcontracting targets for government-wide agencies and large contractors. HSGS possesses the in-house engineering & design capabilities, experienced project team and record of performance required to execute medium scale commercial to large scale utility solar energy projects. We are capable of self-performing solar PV installations around the United States as well as overseas.
