Jerry Waldkoetter was born in Seymour, Indiana. As a child saw the Milan Indians vs Muncie Central Bearcats H.S. basketball game which the movie “Hoosiers” is based. Eagle Scout. He graduated from Concordia University – Chicago. BA in Education and Geography; MA in School Administration.   He is a former principal and school teacher.  

Veteran of 70-80 Whale Watch tours since 1984.  I have seen Humpbacks, Minkes, Blues, Bulugas, Pilots, Orcas (Killer Whales – actually the world’s largest dolphin), Gray Whales, and twice the extremely rare, North Atlantic Right Whale – – at the following locations, Cape Cod, St. Lawrence Estuary, Friday Harbor, Long Beach, and Costa Rica.
