At Jadco Homes, we provide a fixed-price contract.

From the start, we work with you to make sure there are no hidden extras. We carry out preliminary site investigations and testing, before setting up a fixed-price tender.

There really are no surprise costs: if you need a 100m piercing, we’ll inform you before you sign the contract, not afterward. It comes down to our core beliefs of honesty and integrity, which constitute the foundation of every home we build.
