SES Consulting has been providing engineering consulting services related to building energy efficiency since 2002. Founded by Scott Sinclair, SES has grown rapidly over the past 3 years to an 25 person staff consisting of mechanical engineers and other personnel with a strong background in energy efficiency, building automation, renewable energy, and project management. Based in Vancouver, SES now has support offices in Victoria and Nanaimo. SES is deeply committed to reducing our society’s impact on the environment. By improving the efficiency of your facility, you will use less energy, spend less money, reduce your greenhouse gas emissions, and help build a more sustainable community. SES recognizes that physical improvements to facilities are one step on the path towards sustainability. Achieving sustainability in the long-term means cultivating an ethic of environmental responsibility in all the things we do. At SES we are continually seeking ways to improve our environmental footprint. Our centrally located offices offer staff easy access to public transit and cycling options and our office bike is always available for meetings or errands. We have sustainable purchasing practices as well as reducing our waste with composting, expanded recycling and paper-free filing systems. Finally SES donates 10% of its annual profits to charities whose missions are aligned with sustainability in addition to purchasing 100% of our annual electricity usage from EcoLogo-certified green generation facilities through bullfrog power.
