I believe that it's possible for each of us to live life with more joy, peace and passion, and that it's our natural birthright for us have help not only from our deeper intuitive selves, but also from a higher and Spiritual perspective. With this in mind, it's my passion to use a holistic approach to help heal and empower others through using body, mind, and spirit modalities. Hi, my name is Irene Bilton, owner of White Rose Wellness. I've enjoyed a life-long love affair with Spirit and am so grateful and honoured to share it with my guests and clients. As a child I could "feel" energy around me although it wasn't until years later that I was to begin to understand more about what I was sensing. I came to experience that my hands were drawn to areas of tension or pain on people's bodies, and I also found that the energy in my environment would deeply affect me. Now I use my developed (and always growing!) intuitive, healing and psychic abilities to consciously connect with Energy and Spirit for guidance and well being, for both myself and others. Journeying through life I've studied various wisdom teachings and philosophies and with my experiences I've truly come to feel that All is One - we are all connected and we all share the same Source! I'm a registered Jin Shin Do® BodyMind Acupressurist®, an Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, a trained Clairvoyant Reader and Healer, a Medium, and a Certified 200 Hour Yoga Teacher. I also hold a BA in Child and Youth Care and had worked many years supporting children and youth before opening my business, White Rose Wellness. I'm very committed to personal and professional growth and development, and am constantly studying and improving my skills, knowledge and abilities.
