Calistro California Bistro brings that 'Farm to Table' mentality from California to Scottsdale, Arizona. Calistro Bistro recently closed with inspired owner, chef and founder Devin Walsh heading on to pastures new. A consistent purveyor of superb food, friendly service and great atmosphere, the bistro will be sorely missed by our community.
