Attestation Point

The Process of HRD Attestation is important to know the genuineness of the educational certificates. Every state has its own (HRD) Human resource department for authentication of the document(s) issued from the UGC/AICTE-recognized universities/institutions.

Before the Legalization of Educational document(s) from the Ministry of External Affairs, India (MEA attestation) & Embassy Attestation), the document should be first authenticated from its origin state.  If the certificate is issued from Karnataka, it has to be submitted to the HRD department, after submission to the HRD department a verification letter was dispatched from HRD to the university, and on the basis of positive verification received HRD will legalize the certificate.
