In 1960, Gerry Padon and his son Forest started a dry cleaning delivery service in the Chicago suburbs. With one delivery truck and door-to-door service, it wasn't long before they had more trucks and opened their own dry-cleaning plant. 

In 1980 they moved to South Florida where they expanded to multiple locations. Forest's son, Brent joined them in the early 2000s.
