Sue's Gluten Free Products - "Where everything is Gluten Free" - and it has to be, because I'm celiac and like many people, can't have gluten in my life or my diet. We've been in business almost 10 years, making premium gluten free foods for our retail location and other local stores. In the summer of 2013, we decided to change our location and focus. We became a wholesale bakery, servicing stores and restaurants, both locally and beyond. Gluten Free foods seem to be everywhere now, but our desserts stand out in their texture and simplicity of ingredients (we don't use add any preservatives). Our strengths are traditional desserts and cookies. This focus allows us to work with our broker, distributors, stores, restaurants and food service locations to meet their individual needs. We are able to private label our products, or develop something new for your customers. We take pride in our foods and are confident your customers will thank you for working with us. We offer convenience as well as great tasting desserts. We make our desserts the old-fashioned way, in small batches.  Brownies have the traditional crackle on top.  Carrot Cake is topped with cream cheese frosting.  The Chocolate Cake is both dairy and egg free.
