The store opened in Aspley (Queensland) in 1996. Cold Rock works on the unique 'create your own experience of adding mix-ins to your favorite ice cream flavor. Customers select their options and then watch as we mix them together on our refrigerated 'Cold Rock' granite slab. We now offer Christmas-themed ice cream cakes as well.
