Tamara Pulsts - Coldwell Banker

I joined the Menlo Park-El Camino office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as a Sales Associate in 2012 after a 20-year career in the nonprofit and startup industries. My experience in sales/marketing, client service, and operations gained from working with startup companies, investors, and lawyers are all skills that I will bring to bear on helping you to successfully buy or sell your home. I will go the extra mile to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I am an excellent listener in terms of hearing what is important to you, and I am creative, diligent and tenacious in doing whatever it takes to help you achieve your objectives, whether finding the perfect off-market listing, creatively marketing your home, or negotiating a successful offer. I have a special interest in the environment and healthy, green homes. As such, I hold several green designations: LEED Green Associate, ecoBroker, and NAR GREEN. I volunteer for the Peninsula Open Space Trust (POST), and am also volunteer co-chair of the Technology Committee for the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors. Originally from New York, I have lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for 20 years. As a child who grew up partially in Marin County, the time spent exploring the stunningly beautiful hills with my dogs set my life's barometer for beauty and adventure. After a few decades back East and in Europe, I returned to the Bay Area in 2001, drawn by the rugged landscape and the entrepreneurial spirit of the people who call Silicon Valley home. I've spent the last decade working with the visionary entrepreneurs and investors who make Silicon Valley one of the most notable places in the world. Having lived many places and travelled widely, my enthusiasm for the charms of the Bay Area now keeps me here, ever exploring its unique offerings. I would be delighted to help newcomers to the area find a home amongst the many lovely communities. I have a Bachelors of Science in Rural Sociology from Cornell University. I also enjoyed a convivial year abroad at the Sorbonne in Paris and did graduate studies in Radio-TV-Film. I make my home in Palo Alto. When I get the rare day off I love to hit the road for a road trip or get some dirt under my feet on a hike somewhere beautiful with friends.
