Skip joined CHP Realty in 2011 serving in real estate sales. With 9+ years of experience as a licensed REALTOR®, he helps first time homebuyers navigate the process to achieve the dream of homeownership. As a licensed EcoBroker®, EarthAdvantage Broker® and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), Skip helps clients market properties with green features and save money and live comfortably with energy-efficient, environmentally-friendly choices. Originally from Virginia, Skip holds a Masters in Education from Virginia Tech and a Bachelors in Applied Arts from Central Michigan University in outdoor education and conservation of natural resources. He worked as a backcountry guide across the country before returning to southwest Virginia where he shares his love of the mountains and music with his wife and two daughters.
