Alberto’s passion for a healthy lifestyle began more than three decades ago when he read a book he found at The Vatican about the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle. He attended nutritional health seminars and participated in workshops gathering knowledge until he started growing his own Organic Greens on a basic and strategic scale. Before long he started growing for his neighbors and then it was for the local health food stores. Alberto has continued his exploration and research towards developing a unique growing process that delivers the most nutritious and wholesome sprouts and wheatgrass on the market.
