Peter Winkler - Homes By Dickerson

Community Sales Manager for Briar Chapel, Peter Winkler has been involved in real estate since he purchased his first investment property at the age of 19. Homes By Dickerson recognized his passion for the community and knowledge of high-performance homes, and offered him a position with the opportunity to grow with the company. Peter authors his own Briar Chapel Blog offering insight and happenings in the community. Peter has achieved the designations of Certified EcoBroker®, CMP, CSP, CGP and SPS, and has won numerous awards including MAME Sales Team of the Year, top-selling Real Estate Broker in Chatham County, and finalist for National Sales Team of the Year. In his free time, Peter enjoys spending time with his family exploring new places, scuba diving, boating, and fishing off the Carolina coast.
