Mark is the Assistant Manager and Managing Broker of the Eastlake Windermere Office. Mark has been a broker since 1997. His experience is quite comprehensive and includes commercial membership. As the Chairman of Windermere's Standards of Practice Board, he and other members contribute to the ongoing success and development of the company along with setting ethical standards and procedures. Mark and I share a broad base of knowledge with traditional buyers and sellers along with expansive multi-family and builder based expertise. 99% of our business is either from referrals, or repeat clients. We specialize in modern and sustainably built homes in and around Seattle with a portfolio of over 100-modern homes sold. We are passionate, dedicated and forward thinking regarding the green movement. As original members of Windermeres Green Task Force we strive to educate ourselves, our company, our clients, the public and other agents about the fluid and ever changing green initiative. We believe Green building is relevant to the larger environmental and social justice movement and is a moral imperative. We have each participated in over 200-hours of green education including all of the Built Green classes offered by MBA, West Coast Green Educational Conference and Residential 130 Built Green Professional Pilot class at North Seattle Community College along with EcoBroker and LEED classes.
