Leslie Garwood has lived and worked in the Atlanta area for over thirty years. She has a Masters of Arts in Teaching degree from Emory University and enjoys helping her clients learn about many different aspects of real estate. As an owner of both residential and commercial investment property, both in the Atlanta area and in North Georgia, Leslie has always kept an eye on the real estate market which allows her to effectively guide people as a estate professional. In order to provide the highest level of service to her clients, Leslie has earned the nationally recognized Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. This designation provides her with the highest level of real estate education and prepared her to pass the test for her Broker's license. Leslie has also achieved the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation, which is earned through a combination of course work and sales performance, to provide her buyer clients with the most knowledgeable guidance possible. Leslies desire to help her clients understand energy and environmental issues, as they relate to real estate, inspired her to earn her EcoBroker designation.
