I am the owner of a construction services company specializing in high-end residential remodeling and custom home building. As a result, when looking at homes with prospective buyers, I am able to view the homes from a contractors point of view and make assessments as to the condition of the homes we see. I can also make recommendations on home improvements and remodeling ideas. When working with prospective sellers, I can accurately assess what needs to be done to a home prior to marketing to ensure that the home sells quickly and for top dollar. I can also suggest ways to enhance the value of the home and very likely can save you money at the same time! Im a husband and proud father of four adult childern and 1 grandson. I understand family issues. Ive enjoyed living in the Bay Area for my entire life and Im here for several reasons. I enjoy the moderate climate, gorgeous scenery and an abundance of recreational activities just to name a few. I know the Bay Area well and I love living here! Excited about environmental issues and conserving our natural resources I completed my designation for EcoBroker in 2008. The idea of lowering energy cost, building green homes and communities while providing the consumer with valuable information is key to doing our part in the real estate profession.
