When the media says it takes an average of 6 months to sell a house, it does not always means that you can wait as a buyer to make an offer, we do have properties that will go under contract quickly and may even have multiple offers - it was probably priced right! As a real estate educator, my goal is to share the knowledge I have with my colleagues so we can all provide a higher level of service to our clients.
